AfterEast Texas humidity feeds the green and black growth you see on the north side of most homes. Blasting it with high pressure can force water behind siding, etch brick and strip paint. We soft wash instead: low pressure and the right cleaning solution, given time to work, then a thorough rinse.
The result is a house that looks freshly painted, with the growth treated at the root so it stays clean longer.
